The 2-minute tour

Scroll through what your members see, and what your staff finally stop guessing about.

Six stops. No form, no signup. Just the product.

1

What members see

Their whole collection, in their pocket.

Every member gets a branded portal (your name, your colors) showing every bottle you hold for them, with estimated values and drinking windows. No app to download; it's beautiful in any phone's browser.

2

What members do

“I'd like the Margaux Friday.” A few taps.

Members tick the bottles and submit from their phone, then follow the request from placed to ready for pickup. It lands on your staff dashboard tied to the member, the bottle, and its exact bin. No texts to dig through, no sticky notes.

3

What staff see

Every bottle has an address.

Your space is mapped into zones, rows, and bins. Staff search any wine and see exactly where it lives, or scan a bin to see what's inside. New hires find bottles on day one.

Accountability

A clear record of every move.

Intake, pulls, and releases are logged against the member and the bottle, and handoffs print a signed release form. When someone asks 'where did it go?', the answer is on the screen, not in somebody's memory.

Member engagement

Reasons to come back, built in.

A ready-to-drink view every time they open the app, events and tastings, and one-click member updates with each collector's own numbers. The cellar stops being a locked room and becomes a relationship.

And it's all yours

White-label everything. Your members see your cellar, never our software.

Built and refined inside a real operating cellar, with real members, real staff, and real bottles.

That's the tour. Want to see it live?

Fifteen minutes with a real person: your questions, our screens, no commitment.
