The Exchange · Built into the platform

Serve your members. Earn along the way.

Running a premium cellar shouldn't just cost. The Exchange is our managed, members-only resale marketplace — a white-glove way for members to sell from their own collection, and a $4.95 per-bottle service fee for your cellar on every listing. We run the whole marketplace; you just approve.

Georgia · pilotCurrently live at storage centers in Georgia. Expanding — we'll work with cellars outside Georgia to enable it next.

For the member

$4.95 to list

A flat, per-bottle fee — and we do everything. When it sells, their proceeds arrive in their payout method, minus standard processing & handling.

For your cellar

$4.95 / bottle

Your service fee on every bottle listed — for pulling, inspecting, photographing, and posting. A premium member service that brings in revenue, fully managed for you.

When a bottle sells, Best Cellar Club retains a platform commission plus payment-processing fees, and the member receives the rest — disclosed at sale time. Members simply see “your proceeds, minus processing & handling.”

How it works

Five steps. The platform handles the hard ones.

A choreography designed to feel quiet and premium for every participant.

1

Member taps “Put on Exchange”

From any bottle in their collection. They confirm the $4.95 storage-center service fee (non-refundable) and read exactly what happens next.

2

Your team pulls, inspects, and photographs

Within 24 hours: at least four photos (front, back, capsule, overall), a written condition report, and a sommelier-grade price recommendation.

3

Member has final review

They see everything before it goes live. Approve, edit the price, request changes, or cancel — they have full control.

4

Live to all Best Cellar Club members

Cross-club marketplace. Only verified Association members can buy. We handle the payment capture and the payout.

5

Sold — paid out automatically

The member's proceeds land in their registered payout method, minus standard processing & handling. Your cellar keeps the $4.95 listing fee for the service.

What your team sees
